5. Disclaimer About Content Provided and Earnings Disclaimer – Your Individual Results Will Vary
NEITHER Electrician Accelerator NOR ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS OR AGENTS ARE FINANCIAL ADVISORS, AND NOTHING CONTAINED ON THE SITE IS INTENDED TO BE OR TO BE CONSTRUED AS FINANCIAL ADVICE.
The information contained on the Site and in any service, product, or program (including but not limited to content in any format) is based on sources and information reasonably believed to be accurate as of the time it was recorded or created. However, the information and content involve topics that are constantly changing, including changes caused by technology, market forces, as well as legal and related compliance issues. Therefore, the completeness and current accuracy of the information and content cannot be guaranteed. The information and content do not constitute legal, compliance, financial, tax, accounting, or related advice.
Additionally, we don’t believe in “get rich” programs – only in hard work, adding value, building a real and professional career, and serving others with excellence and consistency. Our software and programs are intended to help you build a successful accounting career on your own whether it be through getting an accounting job or starting/growing your own accounting practice. Our programs take a lot of work and discipline just like any worthwhile endeavor or professional continuing education program. Please don’t enroll in our programs if you believe in the “money for nothing get rich quick” myth or ideology; we only want serious people dedicated to real professional development who want to add value and move humanity forward. We cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. We are not familiar with your background and, besides, you are the one that ultimately controls the results you want to achieve from our programs. Nor do we offer a “business-in-a-box”, a business opportunity, or a franchise opportunity. We want to help you achieve your goals by giving great content, direction, and strategies.
Information provided is not, and shall not be construed to be, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing on this Site, any of our other websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings. Any financial numbers referenced on any of our sites are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Making decisions based on any information presented in our products, events, services, or websites should be done only with the knowledge that you could experience risk or losses just like any entrepreneurial endeavor and, in fact, it is possible that you will not earn your payment back. Use caution and always consult your own accountant, lawyer, or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results in life, and by your registration and/or purchase here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions, or results, at any time, under any circumstance. We feel transparency is important on this matter, and we hold ourselves (and you) to an incredibly high standard of integrity. That’s why we also put our disclaimers on all our pages and why we give our contact information to you for any questions. Please let us know if you have any questions.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will only use Electrician Accelerator’s services and products for lawful purposes and that you shall not use such services or products, whether alone or in connection with other software, hardware, or services, for any unlawful or harmful purpose. You are solely and exclusively responsible for complying with any and all applicable laws and regulations in running your business, including, but not limited to, all laws governing advertising and marketing claims, accountancy laws, employment laws, tax laws, and all additional laws applicable to your business. Electrician Accelerator shall have no liability for your violation of any laws. You agree to indemnify Electrician Accelerator as set out in Section 13 below in the event that you and/or your business violates any law and a claim is threatened or asserted against Electrician Accelerator as a result.
7. Testimonials, Reviews, and Pictures/Videos
We are pleased to hear from users and customers and welcome your comments regarding our services and products. As provided in more detail above in Section 2, Electrician Accelerator may use testimonials, reviews, or other content in whole or in part together with the name, city, and state of the person submitting it. Testimonials may be used for any form of activity relating to Electrician Accelerator’s services or products, in printed and online media, as Electrician Accelerator determines in its sole and exclusive discretion. Testimonials represent the unique experience of the participants and customers submitting the testimonial, and do not necessarily reflect the experience that you and your business may have using our services or products. As set forth above in Sections 5 and 6, your and your business’ results will vary depending upon a variety of factors unique to your business and market forces beyond Electrician Accelerator’s control.
Please also note that certain testimonial videos which appear on our Site or in our services or programs were created and produced by actual Electrician Accelerator customers.
8. Disclaimers of Other Warranties

9. Limitations of Liabilities
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL WE, OUR SUBSIDIARY AND PARENT COMPANIES OR AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF OUR MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, FEES, COSTS OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE PRIVACY POLICY, THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MESSAGING FUNCTIONS, BLOGS, COMMENTS, EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, TRAINING PROGRAMS, STRATEGIES, BOOKS, EMAILS, OR THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE OR BY US IN ANY WAY, EVEN IF WE ARE ADVISED BEFOREHAND OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, FEES, COSTS OR CLAIMS. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES. THIS APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE MANNER IN WHICH DAMAGES ARE ALLEGEDLY CAUSED, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY), WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE. (BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, OUR LIABILITY AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR SUBSIDIARY AND PARENT COMPANIES OR AFFILIATES OR ANY OF OUR MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR AGENTS IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW.) YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY USER.
IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES, Electrician Accelerator IS FOUND LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY, IN NO EVENT SHALL Electrician Accelerator’S LIABILITY TO YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THREE (3) TIMES THE PAYMENTS PAID BY YOU TO Electrician Accelerator FOR THE MONTH PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH THE FACTS GIVING RISE TO A CLAIM AGAINST Electrician Accelerator OCCURRED OR TWO-THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Dispute Resolution by Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND YOUR AND, AS APPLICABLE, YOUR BUSINESS’ RIGHTS. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM THAT YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS MAY HAVE IN THE FUTURE MUST BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. THE RIGHTS THAT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS WOULD HAVE IF YOU WENT TO COURT, SUCH AS DISCOVERY OR THE RIGHT TO APPEAL, MAY BE MORE LIMITED OR MAY NOT EXIST. YOU AGREE THAT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS MAY ONLY BRING A CLAIM IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF (LEAD OR OTHERWISE) OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE PROCEEDINGS OR CLAIMS OR OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING. THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY IN ARBITRATION, AND COURT REVIEW OF AN ARBITRATION AWARD IS LIMITED. HOWEVER, AN ARBITRATOR CAN AWARD ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THE SAME DAMAGES AND RELIEF AS A COURT (INCLUDING INJUNCTIVE AND DECLARATORY RELIEF OR STATUTORY DAMAGES) AND MUST FOLLOW THESE TERMS AS A COURT WOULD.
If you have a complaint, dispute, or controversy, you agree to first contact us at support@electricianaccelerator.com to attempt to resolve the dispute or controversy informally. Any controversy or claim by you, including, but not limited to, controversy or claim arising out of or related to the use of the Site, any service, product, or program, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, your relationship with us, or Electrician Accelerator communications with you, that cannot be resolved through such informal process or through negotiation within 120 days shall be resolved by binding, confidential arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), and judgment on the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. We agree that any claim we may have against you or your business will also be subject to this arbitration provision, except as provided in Section 11 below. The arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator in the English language in Queensland Australia unless we both agree to conduct the arbitration by telephone or written submissions. The arbitrator shall be selected by agreement of the parties or if the parties cannot agree, chosen in accordance with the Rules of the AAA. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules and Procedures, in effect at the time of submission of the demand for arbitration. The AAA’s rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. The arbitrator shall have the exclusive and sole authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, construction, validity, applicability, or enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, this arbitration provision, or any other terms incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions, and any other agreements between you and Electrician Accelerator. The arbitrator shall have the exclusive and sole authority to determine whether any dispute is arbitrable. The arbitrator shall have the exclusive and sole authority to determine whether this arbitration agreement can be enforced against a non-signatory to this agreement and whether a non-signatory to this agreement can enforce this provision against you or Electrician Accelerator.
Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA’s Rules. In all other respects, the parties shall each pay their own additional fees, costs, and expenses, including, but not limited to, those for any attorneys, experts, documents, and witnesses.
The arbitrator shall follow the substantive law of Queensland Australia without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any award rendered shall include a confidential written opinion and shall be final, subject to appeal under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16, as amended. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Electrician Accelerator agree that disputes will only be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated, on a class-wide, representative basis, or with any other arbitration(s) or other proceedings that involve any claim or controversy of any other party. You and Electrician Accelerator expressly waive any right to pursue any class or other representative action against each other.
Failure or any delay in enforcing this arbitration provision in connection with any particular claim will not constitute a waiver of any rights to require arbitration at a later time or in connection with any other claims except that all claims must be brought within 1 year after the claim arises (the 1 year period includes the 120-day informal resolution procedures described above).
This arbitration provision sets forth the terms and conditions of our agreement to final and binding confidential arbitration and is governed by and enforceable under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16, as amended.
This provision survives termination of your account or relationship with Electrician Accelerator, bankruptcy, assignment, or transfer. If the class action waiver is deemed unenforceable (i.e., unenforceability would allow arbitration to proceed as a class or representative action), then this entire arbitration provision shall be rendered null and void and shall not apply. If a portion of this arbitration provision (other than the class action waiver) is deemed unenforceable, the remaining portions of this arbitration provision shall remain in full force and effect.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS WOULD HAVE HAD A RIGHT TO LITIGATE THROUGH A COURT, TO HAVE A JUDGE OR JURY DECIDE YOUR CASE, AND TO BE PARTY TO A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. HOWEVER, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO HAVE ANY CLAIMS DECIDED INDIVIDUALLY AND ONLY THROUGH BINDING, FINAL, AND CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION.
11. Electrician Accelerator Additional Remedies
In order to prevent or limit irreparable injury to Electrician Accelerator, in the event of any breach or threatened breach by you of the provisions of this Agreement or any infringement or threatened infringement by you of the intellectual property of Electrician Accelerator or a third-party, Electrician Accelerator shall be entitled to seek a temporary restraining order and preliminary and permanent injunctions or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction located in Queensland, Australia restraining such breach, threatened breach, infringement, or threatened infringement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as prohibiting Electrician Accelerator from pursuing in court any other remedies available to it for such breach, threatened breach, infringement, or threatened infringement, including the recovery of monetary damages from you and your business. You and your business hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of, and exclusive venue in, the courts of Queensland, Australia for all such claims, and forever waive any challenge to said courts’ exclusive jurisdiction or venue.

A merchant may have privacy and data collection practices that are different from ours. We have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies and practices. In addition, when you purchase products or services on or through the Site, you may be subject to additional terms and conditions that specifically apply to your purchase or use of such products or services. Post Week 2 Enrolment Status:
- Clients who have progressed beyond Week 2 are not eligible for discontinuation. However, they are still within the scope of the 30-day action-based guarantee.
Commitment to Action-Based Results & Guarantee.
- Our refund policy is centered around a commitment to action and tangible results. Clients are eligible for a full refund if they complete all action items from Week 1 through Week 12 of the program, including faithfully implementing and following all steps as instructed and participating in weekly Q&A calls.
Demonstration of Efforts and Results: - To qualify for a refund, clients must provide satisfactory evidence of diligent application of the program’s teachings. If you do not achieve an additional $10,000 per month in revenue for your electrical business despite applying the program’s strategies, and can show satisfactory evidence to an Electrician Accelerator representative within 30 days of your purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Completion Clause:
- If the required initial modules aren’t completed within the given timeframe, a refund won’t be possible. However, we’ll ensure that you’re no longer bound by further obligations under this Agreement.
Late Payment Consequences:
- We urge timely adherence to payment terms to avoid complications. Delayed payments might lead to account suspension and could involve a collections agency, along with additional fees. Continuous non-payment will unfortunately lead to permanent account termination.
Reactivation Policy:
- If your account faces suspension due to payment issues, we’ll engage in a 30-day period of communication to collect payments and hopefully reactivate your account. However, failure to respond or settle the due balance within this period will lead to permanent termination of your account. Reinstatement of access to our program will then require full payment at the standard purchase price.
17. DMCA Notice
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by Electrician Accelerator infringe your copyright, you, or your agent may send to Electrician Accelerator a notice requesting that the material be removed or access to it be blocked. Any notification by a copyright owner or a person authorized to act on its behalf that fails to comply with the requirements of the DMCA shall not be considered sufficient notice and shall not be deemed to confer upon Electrician Accelerator’s actual knowledge of facts or circumstances from which infringing material or acts are evident. If you believe in good faith that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, the DMCA permits you to send to Electrician Accelerator a counter-notice. All notices and counter-notices must meet the then-current statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA; see http://www.loc.gov/copyright for details. Electrician Accelerator’s Copyright Agent for notice of claims of copyright infringement or counter notices can be reached as follows: support@electricianaccelerator.com. Please be sure to include “DMCA Notice” or “DMCA Counter-Notice” in the subject line of your email.

A waiver of any right or obligation under this Agreement shall only be effective if in writing and signed by Electrician Accelerator.
19. Assignment
